Basic provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase at the online store www.kvetiny-daniela.cz (supplier), operated by the Mipoplast Ltd., Valley 314/49, 140 00 Prague - Braník. These conditions specify and clarify the rights and obligations of the supplier and its customers (consumers).
The order is a submission of the purchase contract. The purchase contract is created at the moment of acceptance and payment of the goods ordered by the customer. The property rights of the goods pass to the buyer after acceptance and payment.
All contractual relations are concluded in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. If the contracting party is a consumer, which is not adapted by the trading terms, the business is ruled by the Civil Code (No. 89/2012Sb.) and the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.), all as amended by subsequent legislation.
Alcohol sell only to persons over 18 years. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions when ordering goods acknowledge as part of ordering goods that this fact and acknowledge that you are 18 years old or more.
The price of goods and services
All prices include VAT, these prices of goods and services are stated in the price list, which is part of the website. The price after the conclusion of the purchase contract is binding and unchangeable for both parties.
Ordering goods and services
Orders can be submitted via our website www.kvetiny-daniela.cz, by phone or in person. The order must include the type of good, delivery date (date and time), place of delivery (recipient) and the contact information of the client (if the client is not the same person as the recipient, the customer data are used only for our own internal purposes), payment method and selected way of delivery. The supplier reserves the right to verify the order by calling the customer. If the order does not contain all the information listed above, the supplier decides about its execution.
Terms of payment
The payment can be made as follows:
- online by credit card
- by bank transfer to the current account maintained by GE Money No. 169170611/0600
- with cash by GE Money Bank account No 169170611/0600
- with cash at our shop OD Kaufland - Praha Jarov, V Třešňovce 232/2, 190 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic
- paying by the curier
The Supplier reserves the right to start to process the order after receiving the payment or receiving a payment prooving document. The client agrees to pay the supplier the extra costs caused by unreachable recipient. The property rights pass to the buyer the day when the goods and services are paid. The order is considered as paid by the day when the exact amount is seen on the suppliers account.
Delivery time
All the goods will be dispatched in accordance with the method of delivery chosen by the customer when ordering. The supplier reserves the right to contact the recipient by phone before the delivery of the order and verify his presence at the address (if the phone number of the recipient is not listed, the contractor reserves the right to contact the customer). In case of absence of the recipient, the supplier may leave the goods at the alternate recipient (colleagues or neighbors). If the recipient is unreachable, the goods are considered as delivered. We don´t vouch for the late delivery of the item in case of incomplete information about the recipient, or in the case of unreachable recipient.
Complaint
The supplier's liability for defects in goods is governed by the Civil Code, 89/2012 Coll .. To complaint the quality or quantity in the case of cutted flowers is only possible by receiving the item. In case of justified complaints the customer has the right to exchange goods or get a discount. The expiry date of cutted flowers is one day.

Security
The seller declares that all the personal information are confidential, they will be used only by the fulfillment of the contract with the buyer and will not be otherwise disclosed to any third party, etc., with the exception of the necessary needs of the seller for trade execution (cases related to the distribution or payment for the goods ordered – providing the name and the delivery address for the transport of goods). The seller agrees that on the request of the customer, without giving any reason, his personal data will be erased from the customer database and allows control of this change in the database.
Final provisions
Running an internet business is governed by the rules in this kind of business. In case of doubt of any certain provisions (or if the buyer thinks they are incomplete) the seller shall provide all necessary consultations and explanations.
